This is the first question everyone asks. Cost is based on the number of hours the job will take, the number of people necessary to complete the job, the amount of materials needed, the actual moving costs, and the different services we are asked to perform. We will provide you with a full estimate based on these variables.

Can you accommodate moves outside the Victoria area?

We service Vancouver all of Vancouver Island and will be opening franchises in various cities across the province of British Columbia and the rest of Canada.

Can you look after the selling and disposition of fine furnishings and antiques?

Absolutely! We will use both traditional and non-traditional resources to ensure you get the best value for your items.

When should I start to think about downsizing?

As soon as you make the conscious decision to start looking for a simpler, more manageable LifeStyle.

Does LifeStyle Changes carry liability insurance?

Yes, indeed. We carry more than sufficient liability insurance. And we are bondable.

Do you have security measures in place to prevent loss and theft?

Yes, we do!

How long does it take to pack up a house?

That all depends on the size (number of bedrooms) and how much downsizing has been completed prior to the move. Organization and preparedness will definitely keep the packing and moving costs down.

Are you available for emergency or short-notice moves?

We have the staff available to undertake the packing and cleaning of a residence the day of the move. If a client is destined for a care residence, we can definitely get a job of that nature completed within one day. Disposition of household effects and other items will obviously take more time.

Do you work with local agencies in the seniors' community?

We have an excellent relationship with the seniors' community. We participate in a number of organizations and have developed a broad range of contacts that provide services in other areas of the industry.
