Up to five days of very specific training is provided including:
- a thorough understanding of the services provided by LifeStyle Changes
- an in-depth work in understanding the needs of the seniors' market
- an education on the healthcare system in your province and how to effect transitions for your clients within that system
- how to market your business
- the accounting system and making it work for you
- the website and how to use it
- the reporting system
Our marketing strategies provide you with the essential tools during start-up and beyond to help you make cost-effective marketing decisions to benefit your company's bottom line.
Marketing support includes:

- advertising and press release templates
Corporate brand & identity, national and regional brand programs, corporate website, co-op programs and strategic account management and alliances with corporate clients are managed by our Corporate office.
What we look for in a franchisee
We strongly believe the success of our franchisees is based on our franchisee selection process and your desire to succeed. We will be looking for your commitment to listen, learn and to make constant improvements in the way you operate your franchised business. In choosing franchisees, preference will be given to applicants who:
- appreciate the benefits of working on a team and within a proven system of operation
- are disciplined self-starters with a high level of personal integrity
- demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills
- possess good organization skills and scheduling abilities
- are familiar with and involved in the community where the business is located
- have some previous level of business management
- will actively work in and manage the business
- have the funds to invest in the business and the financial ability to survive the start-up phase
