Early Downsizing Program

We believe that having a two-year plan is the key to executing a successful relocation into retirement living. That is why we strongly urge our clients to take part in the Early Downsizing Program. Working in concert with our client, we reduce household items to a manageable level well in advance of an actual relocation and advise as to which items will be desirable in retirement living. It is amazing how much stress can be eliminated merely by physical and emotional preparedness.

Relocation Service Program

Our relocation program has several components:

• the initial interview during which we structure a plan that is specific to the needs of our individual clients;
• the estimating phase at which time we establish the budget for the project and present it to our client;
• all depending on the circumstances, we break the move down into manageable parts - the move itself and the final clearing of the previous residence if necessary.
• the physical carrying-out of the plan and settling our clients into their new homes.

Estate Disposition Program

• Have you recently lost a loved one?
• Do you live in a different city or province?
• Do you have a business or job that doesn't allow you to take the time you need?
• Are you feeling emotionally overwhelmed and incapable of doing the job that needs to be done?

Using all the services listed in the Service Menu, we work with Executors and Trustees to ensure the terms of the Will are met to the fullest extent. This allows family members to take the time they need to celebrate their loved one's life. We help the family get through the tough times with understanding and compassion.

Emotional and Physical Preparedness Program

This program is offered through a seminar entitled The Next Chapter: Preparedness Workshops for Seniors. We offer five different workshops dealing with all of the preparedness issues associated with changing your address. This program has been very successful and we have endorsements from many people who have gone through all of the workshops. Similar workshops will be offered specifically for the adult children of our seniors and for senior couples.
